Being able to book at a barber shop is all about convenience. Convenience does come at a cost. All booked appointments have a $10 price increase from the standard walk in prices.
I BOOKED THE WRONG SERVICE
If the wrong service is selected at the time of booking, you will be charged for the service provided not what was booked. Please read the selections carefully to ensure that you select the correct service when booking.
If the service required takes longer that the service booked, the appointment will need to be re-booked with the correct service which has the correct amount of time allocated.
We cannot expect our customers to wait past their booking time because you booked incorrectly.
IF I’M LATE
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled. This decision will be made by the selected barber if they believe the remaining time is insufficient to provide the service to the best of their ability.
I NEED TO CANCEL
Out of respect to the barber and fellow clients, we request 24 hours is given for all cancellations. Please call the salon to do so on 08 8356 1611.
I DIDN’T TURN UP
If you do not show up to your appointment you may be charged the full price of the service booked the next time you book. Or furthermore you may be declined future bookings.
